We provide short term accommodation with specialised care and support to help participants regain functional independence and confidence sooner. We also support participants in finding and transition into suitable long term care and support and specialist accommodation services.
We help any NDIS participants with a specialty in supporting complex clinical care and 24/7 care needs. Often our participants come from a range of situations or change of circumstances such as:
They are ready to be discharged from hospital but there is nowhere suitable for them to live.
People under the age of 65 years with complex care needs that are currently residing in Aged care and need more appropriate accommodation.
People that find themselves in corrective remand centers not knowing where to send them.
They find themselves living on the street without a place to live or any support.
Suitable accommodation participants that are waiting for SIL approval, community housing or appropriate long term accommodation and care funding.
When It is no longer safe for a Participant to reside in their home due to a breakdown in relationships or a threat to their health or personal safety.
People that experience disaster such as fire or floods and are in need short term accommodation.
Participants that require short term accommodation due to Carer’s distress.
Call 24/7 for assistance and we will go and help them for whatever they need even if they are with another NDIS provider we are the back up.

We have a broad range of specialists on staff e.g. pain management specialist, cardiologist, A&E specialist, nephrologist, psychiatrist, rehab specialist to help manage conditions from the comfort of home.
We source our team from Nurse Training Australia and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
We can receive all the care you need in the comfort of a homely apartment. This includes hospital grade medical and clinical care combined with personal care, transport.
We treat our Participants like family. You have the flexibility and control to live life on your terms e.g. have visitors whenever you like, go out at any time.
We provide placements for graduates and a cadetship for school children to obtain work experience and training in disability care.
The NDIS funding provides support to improve your every day life. The funding amount you receive is based on your plan and usually lasts for 12 months after your plan starts. Funding does not roll over to your next plan so any unused funding will be lost.
The NDIS pricing ranges from $44.61 per hour depending on the type of service you require and the state you live in. The price guide is updated by the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) and is effective from the 1st July each year.
