We specialize in assisting NDIS participants who are in emergency, crisis or change of circumstance with urgent, short and medium term accommodation and care. We provide a seamless transition without stress to them or their carers. Our aim is to help participants regain functional independence and confidence sooner, as well as identify suitable long term housing and care.

The CRT program is unique in that it provides a holistic full service offering of care, transport, therapy, assisted technology, specialist medical and clinical care, plan management and 24/7 crisis helpline all from the comfort of our accommodation.

We provide short term accommodation with specialised care and support to help participants regain functional independence and confidence sooner. We also support participants in finding and transition into suitable long term care and support and specialist accommodation services.

Specialist Disability Accommodation is housing designed to improve livability, accessibility, freedom and independence.

Medium Term Accommodation is for participants looking for accommodation for up to 90 days. Useful when a long term housing option is not currently ready/ available.

Short Term Accommodation including respite, is support and accommodation for a short time away from a participant’s usual home. It covers the cost of care and housing for up to 14 days at a time.

Each participant only shares with a maximum of one other person. The apartments are integrated with local residents throughout the apartment blocks.

Our Support workers, Doctors and Nurses wear plain clothes. And all clinical, medical and care support is provided on site 24/7.
