CRT program Overview 

CRT program focusses on the delivery of high quality, effective, person centred care. It provides acute, sub-acute, primary and community‐based social health integrated services, to the Sydney Metro surrounding region.

CRT PROGRAM provides high quality inpatient intellectual Development delayed and Dual diagnosis mental health participants care aged mix from 16 to 65 years of age.

CRT PROGRAM HAS NDIS robust recure and safe accommodation facilities that first opened in Jan  2020 provides 24-hour, contemporary, evidence-based clinical mental health care for the participants who require ongoing monitoring participant  in the community . 

CRT program provides a therapeutic and NDIS support pycho social recovery-based approach, focused on individually tailored treatment programs to maximise mental health care outcomes for patients. The service aims to provide collaborative care involving the person, their careers, and other key services.

The CRT Program is a specialist Mental health program based on Sydney Metro surrounding region. CRT program specialised in Disability Crisis management providing short- & medium-term residential care for people who require rehabilitation and support to transition into the community setting. 

CRT Program provides a range of contemporary, community focused rehabilitation interventions, programs, and services.

CRT program designed as community based social health integrated offers with 100 NDIS dwelling we can accommodate maximum 2 person in on dwelling.

We also engage participants from just stocecof health system who are managed by the Forensic Mental Health Service program.

These positions will provide senior nursing leadership for the clinical and administrative operations across both the CRT Program. This includes the day-to-day management of nursing care and the allocation of human and material resources to ensure the provision of safe, efficient, cost effective, high quality health care services.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Be registered or be eligible for registration with the National Nursing and Midwifery Board through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 4 years experience working in a Mental Health clinical role.
  • Strong understanding of mental health services and demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skills and experience in the area of practice.

Desirable:

  • Holds or is working towards post-graduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
  • Experience working within a Forensic Mental Health setting is highly desirable.
  • Current drivers licence.
  • Have an understanding of how the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) indicators align with this role.
  • Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in alignment to the CHS Exceptional Care Framework, Clinical Governance Framework, Partnering with Consumers Framework and all other related frameworks.

Prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:

  • Obtain Compliance Certificate from OMU (Occupational Medicine Unit) relating to assessment, screening and vaccination processes against specified infectious disease
  • Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
  • Approve for reference checks

Note: This is a temporary position available for a period of six months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
