CRT program is currently looking for a NDIS Service Manager to lead, inspire and motivate our Disability Services team and to grow this side of our business.
The Manager – Disability Services will provide strategic leadership to the operational and financial management of the Company’s Disability Services business unit. Growth in the context of disability services programs is also a core objective for this position.

About the CRT Program Manager role
As the Manager – Disability Services, you will be an integral part of the CRT Senior Leadership team, reporting to the CEO. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide strategic advice, and leadership of services, maximising efficiency and effective use of resource, while seeking and
- Developing new growth opportunities
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector, the NDIS the NDIA and the Quality and Safeguarding Commission requirements for registered service providers
- Have responsibility for the oversight of service delivery, accountability for program outcomes and responsibility for the management and outputs of employees within the Disability Service Unit
What are we looking for?
- A people leader who can provide strategic advice, and leadership of the services.
- Someone who has experience and comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector, the NDIS and NDIA and the Quality Safeguarding Commission requirements for registered Service providers
- Tertiary level qualifications (Disability/Nursing/Allied Health) or other discipline relevant to community or human services or extensive relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated business acumen including financial management and budgeting
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to delivery of a person-centred service
– Successful applicants will be required to have an NDIS Worker Screening check completed prior to the commencement of employment.
